Check all accessible electrical outlets using plug tester

Check GFI's using plug tester
Check for GFI's in all code required place (garage, outside, unfinished basements, bathroom, kitchen, etc.)
Check all switches manually
Remove every accessible switch to check wiring (limit 35 switches) *Additional outlets $5 per device
Check smoke detector operation
Check smoke detectors locations to meet code (every bedroom, hallway outside of bedrooms, every floor)
Check grounding on dryer, range
Look in crawl space for damaged or bad wiring
Look in attic for damaged or bad wiring
Answer any questions or concerns you may have

The 18 Point Inspection is our most comprehensive residential electrical inspection. During this Electrical inspection, our highly trained electricians will inspect key areas of the house form the crawl space or basement to the attic.
